This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from “Merry Puppy”.

4. Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our services and products.
Your data is stored in the Shopify data storage system and databases, and in the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, in this case Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the payment card industry’s data security standard (PCI-DSS). Information about your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is completed, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, managed by the PCI Security Standards Board, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The requirements of the PCI-DSS standard ensure the secure processing of credit card data by our shop and its service providers.

5. Services provided by third parties
Generally, the third party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them with for your purchase transactions.
With respect to these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully so that you can understand how they will handle your personal information.
Please note that some suppliers may be located or have facilities in a jurisdiction other than yours or ours. If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted through the use of SSL security protocol and kept with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all the requirements of PCI-DSS and implement additional standards generally accepted by industry.
COOKIES FILES
Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not to allow them.
_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store your session information (referrer, landing page, etc.)
_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes since last visit. Used by the internal statistics tracking system of our website provider to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight (depending on location of the visitor) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a shop per single customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information related to your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the shop has a password, it is used to know if the current visitor has access.
8. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our website's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
9. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so please check it frequently. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. If we make changes to the content of this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so you know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it, if appropriate.
If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell you products.We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
